Fitness Class Descriptions

Balance Fit
A mix of beginner and intermediate level classes. Build strength and endurance with unique poses, squats, push-ups, lunges, and more.

Bodywork
An interval cardio workout that combines basic dance moves with floor aerobics. Have fun moving around to a stronger body. For all levels.

Cardio Jam
Cardio Jam classes are a lower impact work out for those just starting off, have health concerns or working with past or pre-existing injuries.

Circuit Training
A non-traditional circuit workout that combines athletic drills, strength training, plyometrics and is for all levels.

Fat Blaster
Fat Blaster class is great for people who want burn off the flab! The focus in this class is triggering your body to incinerate fat & work your muscles using High Intensity Training (H.I.I.T.) which speeds up the metabolic process. Circuit training is used to break up into small groups which move from station to station working various H.I.I.T. drills to burn that flab.

H.I.I.T. Fat Incinerator Circuit
This class is for the person that wants a challenging fat incinerating circuit work out, great for the intermediate fitness goers to seasoned athletes. The Fat Incinerator Circuit class will have you pumped & ripped fast!

Low Impact
Low impact class consists of atraditional dance-inspired routine with low-impact aerobics, but with no jumping or hoping. Exercises strengths your cardiovascular system and increases youroverall strength. Good for all levels.

Tone and Stretch
Test your strength and endurance. The class focuses on building lean muscles. Afterwards, loosen and relax your muscles with energizing stretches.

Total Body Burner
This class is an over-all strengthening & toning work out training all the muscle groups, especially your core with belly & butt burner exercises.
