Team of Experts:
Our team of experts is comprised of physical and occupational therapists, certified athletic and personal trainers. Our therapists work closely with our trainers to develop a training program tailored to your needs. Therapists are onsite, so you can ask questions. Stay injury-free while getting trained.

State-of-the-art Facility & Cutting Edge Equipment:
Our fitness and athletic training center is located in a 7,000 square foot state-of- the-art clinic in Montrose. In addition to a regular gym floor, we have indoor artificial turf to simulate the real playing conditions of many sports. When you come to our training center, you will find cutting edge equipment, such as an Olympic Platform, TRX Suspension Training System, Electronic Controlled Timing System, Vertec, Plyometric, weighted vests and other training equipment. We want to push you to your max performance level.

Biomechanial Approach:
Naturally we will work to increase your power, speed and agility, but we don't stop there. We also look at the biomechanics of how you play your sports, such as analyzing swinging, throwing, running and jumping. Our training focuses on functional training to give you the skills you need to play your sports and to perform your daily activities.

For Fitness Clients in Private Training: you will get a Fitness Profile Report after the initial assessment, which compares your fitness level against the national norm. Some of the fitness goals:

  1. Weight Control
  2. Increase General Fitness Level
  3. Increase Cardiovascular Fitness
  4. Increase Flexibility and Strength

For Athletic Training Clients: you will be given a Sports Performance Assessment, which includes:

  • High Jump
  • Long Jump
  • Speed
  • Agility

Flexible Plans:
Whether you want to accelerate your training with private lessons or train with others, we have a program for you. You can sign up for a single class or a multiple-session package. There is no monthly or membership fee for any of the programs. You do not need a physician's prescription to start training.
